From ADVs to street nakeds, this year seems exciting for KTM and Husqvarna enthusiasts!

2023 saw the all-new KTM 390 Duke and 250 Duke being launched. And 2024 is also expected to be an eventful one for KTM and also Husqvarna. Let’s take a look at what’s in store for next year:

KTM 390 Adventure

The next-gen KTM 390 Adventure was spotted testing recently and it looks sleeker than the current bike. It gets a taller windscreen, sharper fuel tank extensions and a high-rise front fender. It is powered by the same 398.63cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine seen in the new 390 Duke, along with a new chassis. It is expected to make its debut at EICMA (2024-end) and will likely fetch a price tag of Rs 3.80 lakh (ex-showroom) upon its launch in India

Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

The upcoming Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 was spotted testing on Indian roads this year and the bike looks bigger than the current model. It’ll share a lot of parts with the all-new 390 Duke like the offset monoshock and the 398.63cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine among others. It is expected to be launched by mid-2024 with a price tag of Rs 3.3 lakh, ex-showroom.

Husqvarna Vitpilen 250

The 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 was spotted testing in India a month ago and the bike gets a boxier fuel tank design than the one seen on the current-gen bike. It gets rear-set footpegs and raised clip-on handlebars for relatively easier-going ergonomics. It is powered by the same 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine found in the KTM 250 Duke. The Vitpilen 250 is expected to be launched by mid-2024 and will likely be priced around the Rs 2.3 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.

Special Mention: The next-gen KTM RC 390 was also spotted testing this year but it is unlikely to be launched anytime before mid-2025. But, if we are lucky, we might get a chance to see it for the first time towards the end of 2024, at EICMA. The upcoming supersport gets a new design with Moto3-inspired fairing, new 390 Duke’s engine and chassis, among other key changes.
