S-Assist allows you to ask queries either via voice commands, photos, or chatbox.
The application also offers video tutorials on solving minor troubleshooting problems.
Expect Maruti Suzuki’s Arena lineup to be compatible with the app soon enough.
To help provide a more digitised after-sales service for customers Maruti Suzuki has launched the S-Assist AI-based Virtual Car Assistant. In simple terms, this 24x7 app is a virtual guide for everything on your registered car.
You can access it via the Maruti Suzuki Rewards app on your iOS or Android smartphone and ask queries on your registered model. There are multiple ways to do that. One of them is to ask via voice commands. The other option is to click a picture of a specific part of the car such as the headlights, and the application will provide relevant information about it. You can also simply type out your query into the chatbox and the relevant information will show up.
Another cool party trick of S-Assist is that if you’re finding trouble on how to work certain features on your registered model, the app provides video tutorials and workshops on how to work them. Moreover, for more complicated issues, the app will connect you to the nearest service centre, and you can schedule your service appointment.

For now, Maruti Suzuki is offering this feature to the Nexa range of cars -- Ignis, Baleno, XL6, Ciaz, and S-Cross free of cost. Expect the Arena lineup to also be compatible with this application at a later date.
