It was almost a blink-and-you-miss reservation for the MG Astor, which sold out for the remainder of 2021 only moments after bookings began today. The first lot consists of just 5000 units, deliveries of which will begin from November 1.

Now, the carmaker is accepting reservations for deliveries in 2022.

This also means that you might have to shell out more, considering the SUV’s introductory prices -- ranging between Rs 9.78 lakh and Rs 17.38 lakh -- are only valid till December 31 this year.

That said, the real highlight in the Astor has to be the segment-first Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and a personal AI assistant. You can learn more about it in our first drive review
