Hyundai is set to expand its ‘N Line’ range with the launch of the Creta N Line on March 11, 2024. Eyeing one? You may be able to reserve yours, as some dealerships have already started accepting bookings. The performance-oriented SUV was recently spotted undisguised, showcasing cosmetic updates both on the exterior and interior. Take a look at what we know so far.

The spy shots that provided us with the first glimpse of the Creta N Line revealed design tweaks, including an updated front grille, and redesigned bumper with red inserts, giving the SUV a sportier appearance. It boasts 18-inch alloy wheels that give it a more aggressive stance, while the red detailing extends to the side profile, including the brake callipers to dial up the wow experience. The rear features a redesigned bumper with dual-tip exhaust outlets.

While the overall cabin layout of the Creta N Line remains similar to the standard model, it enhances the sporty feel with N Line-specific steering wheel and gear knob. Additionally, it features an all-black interior theme with red inserts along the dashboard and red stitching on the seat upholstery as seen in other N Line cars.

Features on board the Creta N Line will include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, connected car tech, a Bose sound system, wireless phone charger, and a powered driver’s seat.

Safety will be taken care of with the presence of six airbags, ABS with EBD, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

The Creta N Line will be powered by 160 PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. However, we expect Hyundai to also offer it with a 6-speed manual transmission for those looking for a more involving driving experience. Like other N Line models, it will undergo revisions in the suspension and steering rack for tighter handling in  corners.

We expect the Creta N Line to carry a higher price tag than the standard Creta turbo-petrol variant, which is priced at Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom). While serving a sportier alternative to the MG Astor and Skoda Kushaq, it will also rival the likes of the Kia Seltos GT Line and VW Taigun GT.
