Ola Electric Announces Festive Season Offers For Its Electric Scooters

Ola Electric has announced its festive season offers and the biggest surprise is that the S1 X (2kWh) electric scooter is available at Rs 49,999 (ex-showroom including EMPS 2024 which stands for Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024). This particular offer is valid till stocks last. The festive season sale starts from today (October 3, 2024) onwards and the EV maker hasn’t specified till when the sale will last. 

As part of the festive season sale, the EV maker is also offering discounts of up to Rs 10,000 on the S1 range. Rewards of up to Rs 11,11,111 are available for the top 100 community members of the EV maker who refer the brand to their friends and family. This particular offer is available till October 31, 2024. Along with the festive season offers, the EV maker is also offering a bonus of up to Rs 5,000 in exchanging  a petrol-powered scooter with an Ola scooter, additional benefits of up to Rs 21,000, Hypercharging credits of up to Rs 21,000, and an 8 year / 80,000km battery warranty.

The Ola S1 X (2kWh) gets a 2kWh capacity battery pack with a claimed range of 84km in Eco mode and 71km in Normal mode. It has a 2.7kW motor with a peak power output of 6kW and a top speed of 85kmph. The suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers while braking duties are taken care of by a drum brake at both ends. It has a kerb weight of 101kg and a boot space capacity of 34 litres. In terms of features, the electric scooter gets a 4.3-inch LCD instrument console, all-LED lighting and three ride modes: Eco, Normal and Sports. It rivals the likes of the Hero Electric Optima, Okinawa PraisePro, and Ampere Magnus EX.
