Royal Enfield was quite busy this year launching some really exciting models and updates on existing ones. We got to see a modern roadster to 2 new bobbers and also a classic roadster in an updated avatar. Here’s a brief overview of all bikes launched by the brand.
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 was the first bobber offering from the Chennai-based manufacturer. It features a unique design and styling, combining flashy colours in an overall retro package.
The bike is powered by the same 648cc, air-oil cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 47PS and 52.3Nm as the Super Meteor 650. The bike overall manages to distinguish itself from its cruiser sibling. This comes down to the changes made to its ergonomics and a few other bits.
The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is the second bike based on the 450cc liquid-cooled Sherpa engine. The engine was first used on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and it produces 40PS and 40Nm.
The Guerrilla 450 is a modern roadster, with an interesting neo-reto design. It combines aspects of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the Himalayan 450. The bike is currently the most affordable Royal Enfield bike with a liquid-cooled engine.
One of the most iconic bikes in the Royal Enfield lineup today is the Classic 350. For 2024 the brand has bought some much-needed updates to the bikes. It includes the addition of a new LED headlight, pilot lamps and new colours.
Along with these updates, the brand is now offering dual-channel ABS as standard on all variants of the Classic 350. But out of all the changes made, what stands out is the addition of the beautiful new colour schemes.
Royal Enfield offered tubeless spoke wheels for the international-spec Himalayan 450. The tubeless spokes were offered on the top-of-the-line Himalayan 450 Hanle Black variant. Now the brand has bought the same in India as an additional accessory
Existing customers can also get the tubeless spoke wheels for a price of Rs 12,424. This is a decent price to not worry about punctures in the future. Along with this, the brand has also bought the Himalayan rally seat as well.
The year started with the launch of a bobber, and it ended with one for Royal Enfield. The Goan Classic 350 is the latest addition to the Royal Enfield lineup. The bike is a bobber offering based on the 350cc J platform.
It features a similar design and styling as the Classic 350, with a few changes to make it stand out. This includes new flashy colour schemes and the addition of ape-hanger style handlebars. Along with this, the bike also gets retro-looking white wall tyres & tubeless spoke wheels as standard.
