This bike could be more affordable than the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350

Royal Enfield has launched the Hunter 350 in India with prices starting at Rs 1,49,900. Click here to read our launch story.

Royal Enfield will finally take the wraps off the highly anticipated Hunter 350 in early August 2022. The bikemaker has sent a ‘Block Your Date’ invite for the new motorcycle that will make its first official public appearance in Thailand between August 4 and August 8, 2022. This news comes just days after we broke the news that Royal Enfield’s upcoming bike will come in two variants.

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will be the third motorcycle based on the new J Platform shared with the Meteor 350 and the Classic 350. We expect Royal Enfield to retune the 349cc single-cylinder counterbalanced engine that produces 20.2PS and 27Nm.

The Hunter 350 has been spotted testing multiple times and the leaked images have revealed the styling of the motorcycle. It follows the typical modern-retro styling we’ve seen on the Triumph Street Twin. Everything from the minimal round headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank and the single-piece saddle showcase the iconic British design.

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 could be priced around Rs 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), making it the most affordable bike from the Indian bikemaker. Once launched, The Hunter will have the Jawa 42 2.1 and the Honda CB350RS in its crosshairs.
