It looks like the Skoda Kodiaq has been receiving a good response in India, as the Czech carmaker has announced more allocations for our market. The premium 7-seater SUV was reintroduced recently with a couple of updates and has been sold out for the remainder of 2023. As a result, the carmaker will soon bring in more units to the country to satisfy demand.

Now, Skoda hasn’t informed us how much more cars it’ll be bringing to our shores. But when the 2023 model was released, the Czech marque said it had increased allocations to 750 units per quarter.

As part of its recent update, the Kodiaq’s 190PS 2-litre turbo-petrol engine has been updated to meet the more stringent BS6.2 norms. The Czech carmaker was also quick to add that fuel efficiency has been improved by up to 4.2 percent during this process. Apart from that, it has also received small ‘Simply Clever’ features, which you can read more about here
