Skoda India will launch the Kushaq Monte Carlo on May 9 and the model has already begun arriving at dealerships, giving us a fair idea of what to expect.

Select dealers have commenced unofficial bookings as well and according to our sources, the new variant of the Kushaq will be offered with both 1-litre and 1.5-litre TSI engine options. What’s more, both motors will be offered with the choice of both manual and automatic transmissions.

The Kushaq Monte Carlo will feature a more sporty demeanour as the regular variants’ chrome elements on the exterior have been blacked out. The standard 17-inch alloys have been replaced with bespoke units that look similar to the now-discontinued Skoda Octavia RS245. Further, you get model-specific badging as well.
