The updated Bajaj Pulsar N160 has been spied testing, this time the bike features an inverted fork, likely to be the same as the one on the Pulsar NS160. Which is likely to enhance its handling and make the bike look even more sporty and attention-grabbing than before.
Confirmation of the bike’s identity as the N160 comes from the characteristic design of alloy wheels and the presence of an underbelly exhaust. The rear monoshock is expected to be the same as the current model.
The design of the updated Pulsar N160 remains unchanged, it still features the sharp yet muscular streetfighter look with bodywork shared from its bigger sibling, the Pulsar N250. The mechanicals and underpinnings are also the same as before. It continues to be powered by an air-/oil cooled 164.82cc single-cylinder engine that churns out 16PS and 14.65Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
Bajaj is expected to launch the updated Pulsar N160 in the next few months. We expect the 160cc streetfighter to get a hike of around Rs 5,000 - 6,000 more than the current model which costs Rs 1,30,560 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Bajaj is working to update the Pulsar N150 with Bluetooth connectivity, through the upcoming Bajaj Ride Connect app. For more details, check out our story here.
