Vespa recently launched its 2025 lineup in India and it includes the base Vespa, which is a retro-style scooter and the Vespa S a more modern-looking scooter. The Vespa S is offered in a 125cc configuration and its Tech variant comes at an insane price of Rs 1,96,000 (ex-showroom). Here’s a list of other bikes and scooters that you can get at the same price.
Yamaha R15M - Supersport
The Yamaha R15M is priced at Rs 2,10,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). The bike features a sharp and aggressive design which is similar to the styling we have seen on the Yamaha R1. The R15M is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 18.4PS and 14.2Nm.
The bike features an inverted fork and monoshock, and rolls on 17-inch alloys at both ends with braking duties being handled by a 282mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear. The bike offers quite aggressive riding ergonomics and would make for a really good beginner supersport.
Hero XPulse 210 - Dual Sport
The Hero XPulse 210 is the newest dual-sport from Hero MotoCorp. The bike is now the brand’s flagship dual-sport and has replaced the Hero XPulse 200 4V. The Top variant comes at a price of Rs 1,85,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
It features a typical dual-sport design, with a raised fender and an overall slim profile. The bike is powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 24.6PS and 20.6Nm. The engine is the same as the one that is used on the Hero Karizma XMR 210.
The bike gets a telescopic fork at the front with 210mm travel and monoshock with 205mm travel. The bike rolls on a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheel setup. If you’re someone who has been looking into dual-sport bikes then the XPulse 210 is a choice worth considering.
Ather Apex
The Ather Apex is the most powerful scooter from the EV maker; it comes at Rs 1,99,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). The scooter features a similar design as the others in the Ather 450 lineup.
It is powered by a 7kW motor and has a claimed top speed of 100kmph. The e-scooter has a claimed 0-40kmph acceleration time of 2.9 seconds. It is powered by a 3.7kWh battery pack, which offers a claimed range of 157km. The scooter offers a lot of features including full-fledged navigation via Google Maps. Other than this, the scooter also gets hill hold assist and regen braking among others.

It is powered by a 373.3cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 40PS and 35Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and gets a slip-and-assist clutch. The Pulsar NS400Z offers features such as smartphone connectivity and related bits like turn-by-turn navigation. If you are someone who is looking for a bike which can offer good performance and a decent set of features, then the Pulsar NS400Z would be worth considering.
Royal Enfield Classic 350
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a bike which needs no introduction, it is one of the most iconic bikes in India. It features a classic and retro styling, similar to the one we have seen on the Royal Enfield Bullet 350.
The bike is powered by a 348cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 20.2PS and 27Nm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike has a telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers.
