Staying true to the roadster genre of the bike, the X440 gets quite a bassy exhaust note. While we are not great fans of what the bike sounds like, at least from this video, a big single can only eke out so much. That said, we will have to wait to find out what the roadster sounds like in person.

It will be powered by a 440cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder motor with oil cooler, likely to make 38PS and 30Nm. Underpinnings comprise an inverted fork, twin shocks and 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in new MRF Zapper Hyke tyres. 

The wide handlebars and mid-set footpegs seem to offer a more relaxed riding experience. Apart from that, the previous shots revealed that the bike’s switchgear is quite premium as well.

Summing up, the X440 is slated to launch on July 3, and can be priced at  Rs 2.7 lakh, ex-showroom. Once launched, it will rival the likes of the upcoming Triumph-Bajaj Roadster and the Royal Enfield Hunter 450.
