Honda Cars India is all set to launch its new offering, the Elevate, in September 2023. Pre-launch bookings are underway and the subcompact SUV will be offered in four broad trims. Series production has commenced and the Elevate is touted to reach dealerships by the middle of August 2023.
We recently drove the 2023 Kia Seltos facelift rival and came away pretty impressed. It has a smooth and easygoing 1.5-litre petrol engine, a comfortable cabin and all the features one would need. However, all is not rosy with the new Honda Elevate as there are a handful of missed opportunities.
To know all the highs and lows of the upcoming Honda Elevate, check out our Instagram reel, where we give you a brief rundown:
The Honda Elevate comes packed with features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charger, a single-pane sunroof, semi-digital driver’s display and automatic climate control. Safety is taken care of by six airbags, electronic stability control, hill hold assist and most importantly, ADAS.
For our in-depth impressions of the Honda Elevate, check out our first drive review. We suspect pricing will start around Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom), putting it in contention with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, VW Taigun, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and the upcoming Citroen C3 Aircross.
