The Honda Elevate’s entry-level SV trim is priced at Rs 11 lakh and gets a couple of niceties, which are standard

You might have seen how the Honda Elevate looks in its top-spec ZX variant, courtesy all the official images and our first drive review. But for those wondering how this model looks like in its entry-level SV trim, this one's for you. We have got our hands on the Honda Elevate’s base-spec SV variant images and here are all the details in our gallery.

Up front, the Elevate looks similar to the top-end trim as it gets the chrome bar connecting the LED headlights, the latter of which is offered as standard. However, it misses out on LED fog lamps, which are reserved for the higher-end trims.

The side profile is the easiest telltale sign that this is the entry-level variant, as it sits on 16-inch steel wheels without plastic wheel covers. It also misses out on chrome door handles, but does get a request sensor for keyless entry, which is another feature that is standard.

The rear looks similar to the higher-end trims, courtesy the LED tail lamps. However, do note that this trim misses out on a rear washer and wiper.

Inside, the Honda Elevate SV’s dashboard design is similar to the next-in-line V trim. That said, the biggest miss in the entry-level model is the lack of an infotainment system, which in our opinion, should have been on offer. Another point to note is that the entry-level variant gets analogue dials with a multi-info display instead of the semi-digital unit.

Lower-end models also get a black/beige hue as opposed to the black/brown hue that’s exclusive to the top-end ZX trim.

In terms of features, the Elevate base variant gets automatic climate control, rear AC vents, steering-mounted audio controls (which can be tuned with an aftermarket system), a multi-info display, fabric upholstery, 60:40 split folding rear seats and keyless entry with push-button start. Passenger safety is taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, electronic stability control and hill hold.

Bits such as the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, sunroof, and ADAS are limited to the higher-end variants.

The Elevate SV gets the 121PS 1.5-litre petrol engine, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. If you want the automatic, the CVT is offered from the V trim onwards. To know our driving impressions of the Honda, check out our in-depth first drive review.

The Honda Elevate SV trim is priced at Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). It locks horns with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, and the upcoming Citroen C3 Aircross
