The Toyota Hyryder’s strong- hybrid variant trim levels oneups its badge shared sibling, the Grand Vitara. In terms of design, the mid-spec S trim sits on 17-inch steel wheels with plastic covers and gets halogen projector headlamps instead of LEDs. a keen observer will notice that the chrome surround around the headlamps is exclusive to the hybrid. Rest of the design touches are similar to higher-end variants, meaning you still get LED DRLs and the sleek LED tail lamps. 

The Hyryder’s hybrid variants get a black/brown interior colour scheme instead of the mild-hybrid’s all-black theme. Looks premium! Also, this being a lower-spec trim gets a smaller seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system instead of the larger nine-inch unit in higher-spec trims.
