The Renault Triber celebrates a pretty important milestone in 2022, as it has crossed 1 lakh sales since it went on sale in India back in August 2019. In celebration of that, the carmaker has decided to expand the lineup by introducing a Limited Edition trim at prices starting from Rs 7.24 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
Here’s where it slots in the Triber’s variant lineup:
Variant |

Based on the RXT, the Limited Edition is priced at a premium of Rs 28,000 over the variant it is based on in both manual and automatic guises. So what makes this special edition Triber really special? For starters, it comes in dual-tone Moonlight Silver and Cedar Brown paint options with a black roof. Other than that, you get a different set of 14-inch wheels with covers shaped to look like alloys.

Inside, the dual-tone treatment continues on the dashboard with a Piano Black finish. There’s also new Akaza fabric upholstery, and a dash of chrome on the HVAC knobs and black inner door handles. Feature highlights include an LED instrument cluster, Steering mounted audio and phone controls, and six-way adjustable driver’s seat.
Under the hood, things remain unchanged, with the Triber running a 1-litre petrol engine, delivering 72PS and 96Nm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
The Renault Triber Limited Edition can be booked either online on the My Renault app, or via authorised dealerships. The Triber’s alternatives in its price range include the Datsun GO Plus, Maruti Suzuki Swift, and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios.
