Celebrating its second year of partnership with America’s first registered distillery, Jack Daniel’s, America’s first motorcycle company, Indian Motorcycle has launched the 2017 Jack Daniel's limited edition Chieftain. Created in cooperation with Klock Werks Kustom Cycles, this bike is even more exclusive than the 2016 Jack Daniel’s 150th-anniversary limited edition Indian Chief Vintage and Springfield as its production is limited to just 100 units.
The Jack Daniel’s limited edition Indian Chieftain features a blend of intimidating presence with an ultra-premium look and the iconic V-twin-powered American cruiser. It receives Jack Daniel's themed custom finishes, reminding one of the true American craftsmanship that lives in the details. Along with a dedicated black-white colour scheme, the limited edition motorcycle gets the following additions:
- 19-inch, 10-spoke contrast-cut front wheel and open fender
- A pure silver Jack Daniel’s horn cover badge, hand-crafted by Montana Silversmith
- One-of-a-kind white and black crystal paint job with Jack Daniel's inspired charcoal-coloured accents
- Jack Daniel’s “Old No. 7” billet driver and passenger floorboards
- Debossed leather tank pouch with Jack Daniel’s “Old No. 7”
- Custom embossed tank console with a unique build number
- Unique cam, primary and air intake covers
- Inscription of Jack Daniel’s “Bottles and Throttles Don’t Mix” mantra
- 200-watt audio system including premium saddlebag audio.
Moreover, each Jack Daniel’s limited edition Indian Chieftain will come with a commemorative American flag that is handmade from Jack Daniel’s barrel wood and includes a customised plaque with the owner’s name, motorcycle build number (#001-#100), and vehicle identification number.
The company has not announced allotment of even a single unit of this bike to the Indian market as of now. However, we can't deny the possibility as various manufacturers are now taking interest in launching such motorcycles in the country.
