The Sporty Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo Is Coming This Month, Prices Revealed

• The Grand i10 Nios Turbo is available in two trims: Sportz and Sportz Dual Tone.

Hyundai India is all set to launch the sportier Grand i10 Nios Turbo by the end of February. Prices for the Nios Turbo have already been revealed and they start from Rs 7.68 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings have already begun at most dealerships. The Grand i10  Nios Turbo will be available in two trims: Sportz and Sportz Dual Tone. Here’s the price list:

Unfortunately, the Grand i10 Nios Turbo isn’t available in the top-spec Asta variant. That means you’ll miss out on features like leather-wrapped steering wheel, a wireless phone charger, push button start, adjustable rear headrests, a rear wash and wiper as well as a lamp in the boot. 

On the positive side, the Nios Turbo Sportz will come with a touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, climate control, steering-mounted audio controls, keyless entry, projector headlamps with DRLs and a cooled glovebox. Safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and a rear view camera.  

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo also comes with quite a few visual updates to differentiate itself from the standard model. Highlights include ‘Turbo’ badging at the front grille, a new front bumper and an red highlights in the cabin. Have a closer at the Nios Turbo here. 

Powering the Nios Turbo is a BS6-compliant 1.0-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine developing 100PS of power and 172Nm of torque. It’ll be available with a 5-speed manual transmission only. 

The Grand i10 Nios Turbo will lock horns with the Volkswagen Polo GT TSI, the only hot hatch on sale in India right now.
