Force Motors Has Begun Dispatching The 2021 Gurkha SUV To Customers

Ahead of the Gurkha’s launch on September 27, Force Motors has officially divulged the upcoming off-roader’s after-sales plans, including periodic maintenance, roadside assistance, and warranty programs. In this report, we explain all of them in detail.
Periodic Maintenance
The Gurkha’s first four periodic maintenance services will be done free of cost. It will follow the intervals mentioned below:
10,000km or 150 days.
20,000km or 270 days.
30,000km or 390 days.
40,000km or 510 days.
After the last free service, the off-roader’s paid maintenance is scheduled every 10,000 km or 120 days (whichever comes first).
The SUV’s engine oil needs to be replaced first at 10,000km or 150 days, post which it needs to be changed every 20,000kms or 240 days. When it comes to the gearbox, transfer case, and front and rear axle oils, the first change needs to be done at 10,000km or 150 days, after which it will be replaced every 40,000km or 540 days.
A pickup and drop facility service is also available for a fee, says Force Motors.
Warranty Program

As standard, the Gurkha will be offered with a warranty policy of three years or 1.5 lakh km (whichever comes earlier). Force hasn’t mentioned anything about the SUV’s extended warranty program, but it could be announced during the price reveal scheduled on September 27.
Roadside Assistance
All Gurkha owners will be eligible for free Roadside Assistance (RSA) from Day 1. There are a few terms and conditions, though. So ask your dealer to share with you the whole fineprint.
