The Bolero currently comes in white, brown, and silver monotone colour options.
The new model could be offered with additional dual-tone shades.
It may come at a slight premium over the current price range of Rs 8.40 lakh to Rs 9.39 lakh.
Upcoming TUV300 facelift could be called Bolero Neo.
As Mahindra inches closer to introducing the 2021 Bolero, we’ve got a glimpse of a new dual-tone paint job through leaked images. The updated SUV, however, retains its traditional appearance with barely any changes to the exterior.
Overall, the rugged SUV looks the same as before, with the design left untouched. However, the highlight of this spied model is the dual-tone paint job. The front grille, bumper, and body cladding get a grey colour scheme in contrast to the red coat on the rest of the body.
This means the update could include new dual-tone options like the red and grey colour seen here. Currently, it is only offered in white, brown, and silver monotone options.
As far as the powertrain is considered, we expect the new Bolero to retain the 1.5-litre diesel engine which puts out 76PS and 210Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard.
There is also a possibility that another Mahindra SUV might carry the trusty Bolero badge, in some form at least. The upcoming facelifted TUV300, which was spotted shooting for a TVC, could be known as the Bolero Neo.
There is currently no official word on when the updated Bolero will arrive. It should be priced at a slight premium over the current model which retails from Rs 8.40 lakh to Rs 9.39 lakh (ex-showroom).
