BMW India has launched an online sales portal which lets potential customers choose, customise and pay for of any BMW car currently sold in India. This should appeal to tech-savvy customers who are more comfortable with purchases made online. A ‘BMW Online Genius’ will also be available through text chat to answer customers’ queries. Checking availability, booking a test drive and checking the delivery status of a car are also a click away on the website.
With the launch of this service, BMW has also announced a special offer on the X5. Customers buying the BMW X5 xDrive30d Edition X can avail benefits of upto Rs 1 lakh on online bookings along with complimentary 3-year service and maintenance package along with a 1-year insurance.
