BMW Concept F 450 GS Unveiled at EICMA 2024

BMW Motorrad has finally made its official entry in India and has set up shop in Mumbai. As expected, Navnit Motors has been appointed the exclusive dealer partner which is headed by dealer principal, Mr Sharad Kachalia. It is located at the Lotus Trade Centre and the aftersales service workshop is located at Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri West. Earlier, Navnit Motors was operating as an authorised importer of BMW motorcycles in India with sales outlets in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Mr Shivapada Ray has been appointed as the head of BMW Motorrad in India and the next four showrooms in India will be set up in Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Pune.
As of now, BMW Motorrad has brought 11 bikes to India which include the BMW S 1000 RR, BMW R 1200 RS, BMW R 1200 RT, BMW K 1600 GTL, BMW R 1200 R, BMW S 1000 R, BMW R NineT, BMW R NineT Scrambler, BMW R 1200 GS Adventure, BMW R 1200 GS and BMW S 1000 XR. All of these bikes are imported as Completely Built Units (CBU) in the country and are priced (ex-showroom, India) as mentioned below (Image). Though these bikes are highly acclaimed, the most anticipated bike from the German brand is still missing - G 310 R. This entry-level street bike has been developed specifically for emerging markets like India but is yet to come here.
