CFMoto has launched its BS6-compliant 650cc motorcycle range in India: 650NK, 650 MT and the 650 GT. Prices have been set to Rs 4,29,000 for the 650 NK, Rs 5,29,000 and Rs 5,59,000 for the 650 MT and the 650 GT respectively.
In the BS4 avatar, the 650NK, 650 MT and the 650 GT were priced at Rs 3.99 lakh, Rs 4.99 lakh, and Rs 5.49 lakh respectively. So, the new asking price makes the naked and the ADV more expensive by Rs 30,000 whereas the 650 GT gets a comparatively smaller hike of Rs 10,000.
On the updates front, all three middleweight siblings now run a cleaner 649.3cc, twin-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that makes 56PS and 54.4Nm. With the stringent emission norms kicking in, the naked 650NK has lost 5PS and 4.5Nm, the 650GT makes 6.5PS and 4.1Nm less, while the 650 MT faces a deficit of a full 14PS and 7.6Nm.
Everything else including the suspension and the braking hardware remains unchanged. The 650 MT features an adjustable USD front fork and cantilever rear shock. Meanwhile, the 650 NK and the 650 GT are sprung on regular telescopic forks. Braking hardware is handled by dual front discs and a single rear unit with dual-channel ABS as standard.
If either of the bikes have caught your fancy, the bookings can be made on CFMoto India’s official website with a token amount of Rs 5,000.
The BS6 CFMoto 650NK rivals the Kawasaki Z650 while the 650 MT competes against the Versys 650, the Honda CB500X as well as the Benelli TRK 502, and, the 650 GT’s foe is the Ninja 650.
