It’s been far too long and the posts are becoming far too obvious, Ducati India. Let’s not beat around the bush and ride in the Streetfighter V4 soon. We have seen several teasers of the V4 models, including the Panigale V4 and Multistrada V4, on its Indian channels.
Obviously, given the sensitive times, getting a bike such as the Streetfighter V4 is not the best idea. Ducati may want to wait it out, perhaps until the end of the month or even next month to begin the flurry of red hot Bolognese machines (here’s the list).
The Streetfighter V4 is one of the few members of the elite 200PS+ club and one among the only three naked bikes. The other two naked members of this club are the highly exquisite MV Agusta Brutale 1000 and the supercharged Kawasaki Z H2, which was launched at an eye-watering Rs 21.90 lakh for the regular model and Rs 25.90 lakh for the SE model.
The Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS, while being a contender in the litre-class and above naked segment, lacks one cylinder and roughly 20PS compared to the Streetfighter. However, the Ducati will have its work cut out as the Triple costs Rs 16.95 lakh, around Rs 3 lakh less than what we figure it will be priced at.
