Fiat Linea Elegante limited edition launched at Rs 9.99 lakh

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India has announced the launch of a limited edition model for the Linea christened ‘Elegante’ in India. The Elegante is essentially a standard Linea with a sporty body kit and a new infotainment system. The new car will be offered with a panoramic black roof and new body decals on the side that accentuate the car’s looks. The new Linea Elegante will be available only for a limited period and will be built to limited numbers.

The Fiat Elegante will get a body kit that includes a front spoiler, side skirts, rear bumper addon and a bootlid spoiler. The Linea Elegante will also get a new set of 16-inch alloy wheels that helps tie up the look. The Elegante will also get a new chrome garnish on the ORVM and a Elegante Decal.

Speaking on the launch of Linea Elegante, Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA India said: “Linea Elegante is targeted towards those discerning buyers who desire elegant looks, differentiated offering and strong value proposition. This limited edition will undoubtedly create a wave of interest and will excite prospective Linea buyers. This package on new Linea is a perfect blend of elegance and sophistication. On the interior front, the Linea will get a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a long awaited and much needed upgrade to the older system that the linea currently sports. The new Linea will also get a set of special carpets and an illuminated doorsill with the Elegante badging. The Fiat Linea Elegante will cost Rs 9.99 lakh ex-showroom Delhi and is only marginally more expensive than the standard variant of the diesel powered Fiat Linea 1.3 Multijet Dynamic which is priced at Rs 9.87 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.
