The Endeavour comes with the new 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine.
It gets a 10-speed automatic transmission as standard; no manual on offer.
FordPass connected car technology made its debut with the BS6 Endeavour in February.
It's been a few months since Ford upgraded the Endeavour to its current BS6-compliant avatar. The introductory pricing it was offered at has now been revoked. After the price hike, buyers now require slightly deeper pockets to pick up a brand new Endeavour.

Ford recently introduced some brand new offerings with the Endeavour. The new 170PS/420Nm 2.0-litre EcoBlue turbo-diesel comes paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox, a first for India. Another new feature was the FordPass connected car technology that offers services like remote cabin pre-cool.
The BS6 Endeavour comes with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, active noise cancellation in the cabin, front parking sensors, and semi-autonomous parallel parking feature. For safety, the SUV gets up to six airbags and hill launch assist.
The next-gen Endeavour has already been spotted testing and is expected to get a 2022 launch date. The Endeavour locks horns with the Mahindra Alturas G4 and the Toyota Fortuner. It will also compete with the upcoming MG Gloster and 2021 Skoda Kodiaq petrol.
