As per classics, the word ‘Akshay’ means ‘Eternal’ or that which never diminishes, and hence many believe that making luxurious purchases on this day brings good fortune to the buyer. Adding cheer to the festivities around Akshay Tritiya, Ford India, has announced special benefits on the Ford Figo for its customers across Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
This special offer during the festive period will enable customers to avail benefits up to Rs 66,000 on the Ford Figo. The special offer will also include ongoing discounts, free accessories, and lucrative exchange bonus along with a five year extended warranty. An additional 20 per cent discount on select accessories will also be offered during this period.
Ford dealerships will also offer customers their ‘Happy Pocket' after-sales experience. It provides low cost of ownership, which includes fixed service for a price of just Rs 2,199. Apart from this, Ford customers will also get access to initiatives such as pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane.
Currently, the Ford Figo comes powered with the 1.2-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engines with manual transmissions only. The 1.2-litre petrol unit is capable of churning out 71PS of power and 102Nm of torque, while the oil burner delivers 69PS of power and 160Nm of torque. The Figo is priced between Rs 4.14 lakh and Rs 6.36 lakh (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).
