Ever since its launch, the Range Rover Evoque’s design has impressed enthusiasts and experts alike. The beautiful looking LED headlights, the swooping roof-line, the blackened out C-pillar, the sharp shoulder lines were just some of the many reasons why it was recognised as one of the best looking SUV in the recent past.
Building further on the impressive design language, Range Rover has showcased few of the changes that will be seen on the Evoque in the future. Among the most noticeable changes are the LED headlamps and the Daytime Running Lamps. Aside from these additions to the front-end, the top-spec Dynamic variant will now sport a honeycomb grille while the other variants will have enlarged air intakes with LED fog lamps. Moreover, the five door version too will also come with vents on the bonnet instead of just the 3-door variant.
At the back, the taillights get a redesigned cluster with a full LED treatment. On the top of the tailgate there is now a wider spoiler with slimmer LED brake lights. The boot can now be opened just by waving your foot beneath the rear bumper thanks to the hands free function.
Underneath the hood, the Evoque will now be powered by the all-new 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel engine that will be offered in two states of tune – 150PS and 180PS. Meanwhile, in the petrol variant, the Evoque will continue to have the Ford-sourced 2.0-litre EcoBoost mill that produces 240PS.
