The latest LiveWire One undercuts the previously launched LiveWire by a substantial margin
  • The Harley-Davidson LiveWire One is priced at $ 21,999 (approximately Rs 16.41 lakh), excluding taxes.
  • Offers a range of 235km.
  • Takes just an hour to fully charge using a DC fast charger.
  • Harley-Davidson has launched the LiveWire One in the USA, under its standalone electric brand, LiveWire. Apart from the pricing, how different is the LiveWire One compared to the LiveWire?

Honestly, there aren’t too many changes. It retains the stout design as well as the extensive list of electronic aids and features. LED lights all around, TFT screen, rider aids like traction control, cornering ABS, riding modes and features like smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth for navigation, music control and communication are standard.

It still uses the 15.4kWh battery and offers a range of 235km. The battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in just 45 minutes and 0 to 100 percent in an hour. The underpinnings also remain unchanged.

However, the Harley-Davidson LiveWire One has been priced at around Rs 16.41 lakh in the USA. That’s Rs 4.5 lakh less than the original LiveWire launched back in 2019.

While the Indian EV two-wheeler industry has been charging forward, the chances of Harley riding the LiveWire One to our country are slim. Even though it’s now priced lower than before, Rs 16.41 lakh still is a lot of moolah for an electric motorcycle.

However, if you are smitten by EVs, check out the currently available models in India.
