Hero Electric: Service @ Your Doorstep

The Electric Bike Assistance will offer the customer the convenience of door-step and breakdown service within 45 minutes anywhere in Delhi. Customers can contact the service hotline number 41820077 between 8:00 a.m and 8:00 p.m seven days a week to avail any emergency service requirements.

Speaking on the occasion Naveen Munjal , MD, Hero Electric said, "It is our continuous endeavor to delight customers with convenient and innovative solutions and services. These initiatives re-instates Hero Electric vision of providing eco-friendly, convenient, economical mode of personalized transportation."

The EBA fleet would constitute the largest selling Electric two-wheeler Maxi, aesthetically designed and modified with a vibrant branding depicting "Eco-friendliness" with the message "Because We Care". Initially there will be 12 EBA Fleet bikes in Delhi, positioned with various dealers across the city in order to reach the customer within the stipulated time.

The EBA Fleet will be operated by Company trained Service Engineers with servicing tools, spare parts and set of charged batteries to help and service customers at a very reasonable and affordable cost. The EBA service is available to all existing Hero Electric customers, and for any new customer the EBA service will be available free for the first month of purchase.
