Hero Electric has been in the electric two-wheeler business for about 12 years now. It was also the first brand to launch a lithium-ion-powered electric scooter in the country. At present, it has a massive presence of 600 touchpoints across the country. Hero plans to bring up the count to over 1500 in the next two years. That’s almost equivalent to a conventional motorcycle manufacturer’s dealer spread! In the next two months alone Hero plans to open 15 dealerships in the country.
