The Indian Scout Bobber Sixty has a dark persona of sorts. Thanks to the detailing by the American firm and its mean-spirited engine characteristics, it truly is an emo motorcycle. No wonder then that we are so pleasantly surprised to see this one in brighter neon shades.
Welcome the Neon Scout Bobber Sixty.
Built in collaboration with Tank Machine custom house, this limited-edition Indian Scout Bobber Sixty is purely made for the French buyer. You can opt from three bright yet not-so-in-your-face shades (silver/black, black/silver, and blue/grey), with each shade getting a neon highlight. Small mods for the bike include a flatter handlebar, bar-end mirrors, free-flow air filter and exhaust system, larger Avon tyres, and rubber fork gaiters.
The aim was to build a bike that honours Indian’s dirt track racing heritage. While the company has a dedicated bike for that very purpose -- the mad hooligan FTR1200 naked-cum-scrambler -- this limited-edition Scout Bobber Sixty is something for the flashy but traditional Indian cruiser buyer.
Indian Motorcycles will soon be bringing its 2021 models to the country, starting with the Challenger and the icon, the Indian Chief.
