Kawasaki has been keeping enthusiasts busy with a bunch of new motorcycles. The Japanese manufacturer has either been updating its existing models like the Ninja 650 or coming up with crazy concept bikes that seem like they’ve been taken right out of a comic book. In between all this, Kawasaki has also been teasing its upcoming supercharged naked motorcycle. Meet the Kawasaki ZH2, which is set to be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show on October 23.
The latest teaser highlights the ZH2’s side profile where we can see a big muscular fuel tank. Sadly, the 16-second teaser doesn’t reveal anything else. However, the upcoming ZH2 is expected to use a tweaked version of the Ninja H2’s frame. There’s no word on the engine specs yet, but it is expected to house the same 998cc supercharged motor as seen on the Ninja H2. This inline 4-cylinder motor churns out 231PS in the H2. Now, even if the upcoming naked motorcycle gets the same power output as the H2, it would still be 89PS more powerful than the current-gen Z1000!
Apart from the ZH2, Kawasaki will also unveil the all-new Ninja 250 ZX-25R, which is rumoured to be powered by a 250cc inline-four motor and more power than the Ninja 400!
