Automobili Lamborghini has just launched the Huracan Evo Spyder, the convertible variant of the Huracan Evo in India. Priced at Rs 4.10 crore, the baby open-top Lambo is indeed expensive. That said, if you are that kid who stares at beautiful cars through a glass door, swipe down to the image gallery, where we explain the supercar in detail through a set of images.
The major design change for the Huracan Evo Spyder is in its profile thanks to the soft-top roof that’s capable of retraction in 17 seconds and can be operated up to speeds of 45kmph.
With the roof down, the Huracan Evo Spyder looks stunning and has a grand tourer feel to it. The standard Huracan Evo with its swoopy roof looks mean.
Adding flavour to the profile are these gorgeous alloy wheels that make the yellow brake callipers stand out!
Meanwhile, the front portion of the Huracan Evo Spyder remains largely unchanged. So you get an aggressive-looking bumper as well as…
… these angry-looking eyes with sharp LED DRLs.
Even the rear isn't any different from the standard car. That means the sleek LED tail lamps, aerodynamic spoiler and dual exhausts remain here as well.
Opening the rear hood of the Huracan Evo Spyder reveals a 5.2-litre Naturally Aspirated V10 that develops 640PS of power and 600Nm of torque.
Some noteworthy stats include 0-100kmph in 3.1 seconds while 200kmph takes another 6.2 seconds. Pedal to the metal, the Huracan Evo Spyder reaches its top speed of 325kmph.
As a notch up in the driving experience, the Huracan Evo Spyder comes with all-wheel steering and drive as well as Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics (LDVI) that comes with three drive modes: Strada, Corsa and Sport.
The interior of the Lamborghini Huracan Evo Spyder is carried over from the standard model. That means…
… you get a large central tunnel that splits the cockpit into two. The central console houses the 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment that removes a cluster of buttons. From here, you can control the infotainment system, climate control as well as the LDVI.
Hop on to the driver’s seat and the chunky alcantara steering wheel with those gorgeous paddle shifters just tempt you to reach for them. And behind it is the…
… the fancy digital driver’s display that shows information such as the G-force reading, lap timer, acceleration and more. Yes, that gorgeous-looking rev counter and speedo are one of the main highlights.
All of this comes at a price tag of Rs 4.10 crore (ex-showroom India). Before people start queuing up, we suggest you reach deep into your pockets and head to the nearest Lambo showroom to book your Huracan Evo Spyder!
