Mahindra introduces Uday for commercial vehicle customers

Mahindra and Mahindra has launched a new initiative called Uday in India. This is an exclusive customer relationship management program for the small commercial vehicles portfolio. Mahindra plans to help its small commercial vehicle owners to grow by maximising their profits.

Uday follows Mahindra’s Rise philosophy to drive positive change in the lives of commercial vehicle owners. It aims to influence the customer’s life positively and brighten their future by building a long-term relationship.

As part of this initiative Mahindra will offer its customers discounts on labour and spare parts, and also mobile recharge coupons. Vehicle drivers will also get a Rs 2 lakh accident insurance policy. The ‘With You Hamesha’ vehicle service and health check-up camps will also be available for customers.

The program is further extended with the launch of ‘Uday Vidyarthi’, a scholarship intiative for children of members enrolled in the Uday programme. The eligibility criteria for these children involves scoring 75 per cent and above in Class 10 board exams for the year 2014. The selected students will be awarded Rs 5,000 and a certificate of appreciation.

This is in line with Mahindra’s Rise philosophy which seeks to drive positive change in the lives of our customers.”

The event will also have referral schemes with free service benefits for getting new customers to the brand. These benefits will be for both, the referral and the referee.
