Mahindra launches XUV 5OO Xclusive Edition

Mahindra and Mahindra today introduced a unique edition of the XUV 5OO that will host a host of premium features. Based on the current top-end W8 trim, the XUV 5OO Xclusive edition will be offered with electric sunroof, a reversing camera and a voice message system. The limited by units XUV 5OO will also come with sporty aluminium pedals, stylish grey alloy wheels, optional 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. The XUV 5OO Xclusive variant will also sport illuminated scuff plates and anti-pinch driver window.

Speaking on the launch, Vivek Nayer, Chief Marketing Officer, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said, “We are pleased to introduce the ‘XUV500 Xclusive Edition’. The Mahindra XUV500, with its winning combination of aspirational styling, advanced technology, safety features, comfort and convenience is already a game changer in the premium SUV segment.”

Under the hood, the Mahindra XUV 5OO Xclusive Edition will sport the same 2.2-litre engine that makes 141PS of power and 330Nm of torque. Mated to a six-speed transmission the car will be offered in Front-Wheel Drive only. 

Mahindra has launched the XUV 5OO Xclusive Edition at a starting price of Rs 14.48 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai) for the version without the electrically adjustable seats. The variant with the electrically adjustable seats has been priced at Rs 14.65 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
