Now popular amongst motoring circles by its internal project name, the W201 from Mahindra will be the company’s first monocoque SUV. After Mahindra’s recent deal with Korean carmaker Ssangyong Motors which already has an envious repertoire of softroaders. While the W201 will be priced around the Scorpio, it will present a larger and more comfortable option to sedan buyers, rather than compete in the big SUV market.
