Maruti Suzuki inaugurates 100th Nexa dealership in Mumbai

Just over six months since since they announced a premium range of dealerships, Maruti Suzuki has already achieved the milestone of 100 Nexa dealerships in the country. This new Nexa dealership operated by Shivam Autozone was inaugurated on January 22. 

Speaking at the inauguration, R S Kalsi, Executive Director - Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limitedsaid, “With NEXA, the customers here will have access to first of its kind experience, which includes personalized attention from a dedicated Relationship Manager(s), unmatched hospitality and several digital tools including a smart phone application. NEXA is designed to pamper our customers and ensure that they get a true premium experience while taking one of the most important buying decisions of their lives.”

Reports suggest Maruti Suzuki is going to offensive on its expansion plans with the intent of bringing the number up to 150 outlets by the end of this fiscal. For the fiscal starting April 2016, Maruti Suzuki has a target of expanding to 250 exclusive Nexa dealerships across the country. 

With its Nexa range of dealerships, Maruti Suzuki is trying to achieve what they have struggled to achieve in all these years – enter the premium segment of cars. These dealerships remain exclusive from the rest of its outlets with prime focus to meet the diversifying expectations of the emerging customers. 

Maruti Suzuki currently sells the S-Cross and the Baleno through its NExa range of dealerships and is also expected to sell the Vitara Brezza through it when it gets launched later this year. Maruti Suzuki will unveil the Vitara Brezza to the press and public at the 2016 Auto Expo next week.
