2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Facelift To Launch On September 20

Mercedes-Benz India has officially confirmed that it will be adding a third offering to the '43' range of AMG models in the form of the AMG C43, on December 14, 2016, in India. The German automaker recently launched the SLC43 and the GLE43 (launched as the GLE450 AMG) and this will be the thirteenth addition to the Mercedes portfolio this year.
The AMG C43 will be available as a coupe and will have features such as -
- All-LED headlamps.
- Diamond grille.
- 18-inch alloy wheels.
- Black mirror housing.
- The 'BITURBO-4MATIC' badging on the fenders.
- AMG instrument cluster.
- Red aluminium accent on the engine cover.
Under the hood of the AMG C43, is a turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 engine that pumps out 367PS of power and a massive 520Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to Mercedes' slick 9-speed automatic transmission. Power is transmitted to all four wheels, thanks to the 4MATIC four-wheel drive tech. The car also houses sports suspension and steering, which come as standard. The AMG Dynamic Select offers you different modes such as - eco, comfort, sport, sport+ and individual modes.
When launched, the 2017 AMG C43 is expected to be priced around the Rs 65 lakh mark and will replace the C450 AMG . It will go up against the likes of the Audi S5.
