MG claims its mobile app has the easiest signup process as it requires only your phone number and OTP. Once signed up, you’ll notice that it offers various services and features right from the comfort of your home. For starters, one can book a new MG SUV online and ZS EV owners can even trace their vehicle right from production till delivery. Then there’s the ‘know your car’ feature where one can see their vehicle’s digital manual and warranty details. 

The My MG App also boasts plenty of after-sales features. You can book a service appointment with a pick up and drop option and also have the service estimate shown right on your phone. You can also connect to the service advisor through the app and even pay the final bill amount through it. Other highlights include viewing your vehicle’s service history, service invoices, one tap call for roadside assistance and giving feedback about the service.

The My MG App also comes with a few online functions such as navigating to your nearest MG dealer, receiving latest news about the carmaker and an online wallet to store your driving license, Aadhar card and pollution control certificate. Customers also get access to MG’s Pulse hub for any queries or assistance. 

The introduction of the MG App is definitely a boon for MG customers as it offers various features right from your phone. It also makes the whole experience contactless, which is much required at this point in time. The carmaker has stated that the app will be constantly updated on the basis of customer feedback.
