Michelin City Pro scooter tyres launched

Michelin tyres announced that it will enter the Indian scooter market. The French tyre manufacturer commenced its journey in our scooter segment by launching the Michelin City Pro range of tyres for scooters. Apart from scooters, the Michelin City Pro range of tyres will be available for motorcycles up to 150cc segment. The City Pro tyres according to the manufacturer have been developed based on the requirements for city riding conditions. The scooter tyres are available for offerings such as Honda Activa range, Suzuki Access 125, Hero Pleasure and Maestro range along with the entire Vespa family. The motorcycle tyres are suitable for commuters like TVS Star City to 150cc offerings like the Bajaj Pulsar 150.

MICHELIN City Pro, a robust tyre will offer daily commuters with a comfortable in-city ride experience.”

 The Michelin City Pro tyres employ Overlap Technology (MOT), three reinforced plies and a layer of rubber beneath the tread making it robust, thus reducing the risk of punctures. The tread pattern with large circumferential grooves has been designed to delivers good wet grip. The Michelin City Pro tyres are available nationally at Michelin premium dealerships - Michelin Priority Partners, the TYREPLUS network and Michelin retailers across the country.
