Mitsubishi Pajero Sport proves its mettle at Heart in Mouth event

The Mitsubishi Heart in Mouth off-road rally truly lives up to its name when it comes to offroading experience. During earlier Heart in Mouth rallies held across various Indian cities, the rallies were dominated in presence by the Pajero Sport’s predecessor, the Pajero SFX. In the latest rally held at the Wonder Valley resort in Bengaluru, the Pajero Sport established its presence by being the most common Mitsubishi at the spot and its off-road capabilities were put to the test. Needless to say, its motorsport genes allowed it to come out with flying colours.

Participants from Bengaluru, Mangalore and Kochi reached the venue where the proceeding were flagged off at 9am by P.Vijayan, Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Business Unit Head of HM’s Chennai car plant.

The off-road track was carved out over 4 kilometres of hilly terrain comprising mud pits, swampy patches, rocky surfaces and steep inclines all of which pushed the owners of the Pajero Sport to fully utilise the true off-road capabilities of their SUVs. 

Mohammed Sadiq Jaffer Sait, an international consultant in agriculture who participated in the camp today, said, “Pajero Sport is a man’s car. Ever since I bought the vehicle last December I have driven about 6,000 km across cities crossing the worst of Indian roads. The vehicle generates confidence while going off the tarmac but also gives the comfort required for a long journey along city roads and highways.”
