The soon-to-be-launched Suzuki Intruder 150 was recently spied in Ahmedabad, on an early morning advertisement shoot. The riders were spotted wearing 'Biking/Urban Brotherhood' jackets, indicating that Suzuki might also announce an exclusive Biking Group for its shiny new cruiser.

From the spy shots, it's clear that the Intruder 150 will sport a low-slung cruiser like design, with its raised handlebars, split seats and forward pushed foot pegs.

We can also see the Intruder's 6-spoke alloy wheels and the 17-inch MRF 110/80 front and 140/60 tyres that have been directly carried over from the Gixxer. The Suzuki Intruder will come with an LED headlamp and an LED taillamp, making it the first “Made In India” cruiser bike to get an LED headlight. However, the most interesting detail we could find was the positioning of the keyhole. It now sits above the headlamp and ahead of the front visor. This could lead to some very interesting reactions from potential buyers. Following suit, the all-digital instrument cluster has also been positioned differently and sits just over the handlebar.

The Suzuki Intruder 150 is expected to come in two colour options - a dual-tone black colour, and a light greyish tone. Both feature a golden trim, which can be seen on the tank and sides as well. It’s safe to say that the Suzuki Intruder will be quite a head-turner.

Braking will be done by disc brakes on both ends and it is likely that the new cruiser will be the first motorcycle in the segment to get ABS as an optional extra.

The new cruiser from Suzuki is scheduled to break cover on November 7, with the price tag already under huge speculation. We expect Suzuki to price it around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom), which will put it directly against the Bajaj Avenger 150
