RCM to showcase custom cafe racer based on Harley-Davidson Street 750 at IBW 2015

Rajputana Customs have announced that they will unveil a new custom motorcycle based on the Harley-Davidson Street 750 at the 2015 India Bike Week (IBW) in Goa. It will not be the first time that the Jaipur based custom bike builder will be working on a custom Harley-Davidson Street 750 as it had showcased the Phase 1 of the build at the Harley Rock Riders festival in Mumbai late last year. According to Rajputana Customs, the version was more an organic, old-school inspired custom version of the popular Street 750 while the new bike will be radically different. Phase 2 of the build will see the Harley-Davidson Street 750 get a redesigned fuel tank, rear-set footpegs, rear cowl and a performance exhaust system. The new custom motorcycle will be unveiled during 2015 IBW scheduled from February 20^th to 21^st in Vagator, Goa.

Commenting on the build, Vijay Singh of Rajputana Customs said, “Where Phase 1 of the build was all about showcasing the versatility of the Street 750 while retaining most of the stock components, Phase 2 is about taking the build a step further and really going all out with the design and making some radical changes. The new design includes a new gas tank, rear set foot pegs, a performance exhaust and a new rear cowl amongst other elements. It’s been great working on this build for Harley-Davidson, and we look forward to doing more such exciting things in the future.”
