Triumph brought two special edition motorcycles at the 2019 EICMA to pay homage to the famed Hollywood stuntman, motocross and desert racer Bud Ekins. These special editions Bonneville T120 and T100 will be available internationally soon and we can expect Triumph to allot a few units for India as well.
The special edition Bonnevilles sport a custom dual-tone paint job, a new filler cap, custom decals and hand-painted Triumph logo on the fuel tank, a first for any modern Triumph motorcycle. Apart from these cosmetic updates, both the motorcycles remain the same as their standard variants.
Powering the T100 is a 900cc liquid-cooled motor that pumps out 55PS at 5900rpm and 80Nm at 3230rpm. The T120 is powered by a 120cc liquid-cooled powerplant that churns out 80PS and 105Nm of torque. Both the motorcycles come equipped with features like ABS, traction control, rider modes and ride-by-wire.
However, if you want a motorcycle that’s even more gorgeous and a bit more powerful, Triumph has the new Bobber TFC and the new Thruxton RS on its stand as well.
