Hero Xpulse 210 Teased; Will be Showcased at EICMA 2024

The third round of the MRF MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship concluded at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT) on Sunday, September 4, 2016. However, it was as captivating as ever, right from the qualifying races to the last race of the third round. The surprise in store was in the Suzuki Gixxer Cup in which Aaron Gunawardhena took the top spot in Novice class qualifying. Since it was all about the Road to Rookies Cup, all eyes were on the rookies to see who would represent India at the Rookies Cup in Spain. In the first race, Aaron took home the victory with Sachin Choudhary and A.S. Alexander coming in at second and third place, respectively. Race 2 saw the repeat of Race 1 results. However, in Race 3, it was Sachin Choudhary who took who won the race, with A.S. Alexander coming in second and S. Varoon rounding up the last spot on the podium. In the end, it is Sachin Chaudhary who has been chosen to represent India in qualifiers of the 2016 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup in Spain.
In the qualifiers of Super Sport Indian 165cc class, Jagan Kumar of TVS Racing qualified for the top spot but was disqualified on technical grounds and Rajini Krishnan from RACR was elevated to the top spot. Race 1 was won by KY Ahmed with Sarath Kumar taking the second position and Deepak Ravikumar scoring the last podium spot. Race 2 saw Jagan Kumar finishing in first position with Sarath Kumar coming in second and Deepak Ravikumar securing the third spot.
In the Super Sport India 300-400cc class, Rockstar Racing's Ami Van Poederooijen took the pole position with Abhishek V. coming in second, while Ananth Raj P. took the third position on the grid. Ami went on from pole position to win the first race, while Abhishek V. took the second spot and Amarnath Menon secured the third position. Race 2 saw the Race 1 winner and first runner-up retain their spot on the podium, with Ananth Raj P. finishing the race in third position.
The Pro Stock up to 165cc class saw Honda Ten10 Racing clinch the top two spots in qualifying as Rajiv Sethu beat championship leader Harikrishnan R. to the pole position. Kannan Karnan of Performance Racing came in third. Kannan improved upon his qualifier performance to secure the first position in Race 1, while D. Dinesh Kumar took the second spot and Prabhu A. secured third position on the podium. The second race saw Rajiv Sethu finishing first, with Prabhu A and Hari Krishnan coming in at second and third position, respectively.
The Super Stock up to 165cc class saw Amarnath Menon take the pole position with P.M. Soorya scoring second and Matthew P. coming in at third position. In Race 1, it was Antony Peter who took the victory position while Joseph Matthew finished almost a second later behind him to take the second position. Third position went to Anish Shetty. In the second race of this class, Joseph Matthew came in first, Anish Shetty finished second, and Antony Peter secured the remaining position on the podium.
