Maintaining a consistent growth path over the past couple of years, Suzuki has started 2015 on a positive note, growing 20 per cent over the same period last year.
From selling 27,825 units in January 2014, Suzuki grew 20 per cent in January 2015, selling 33,406 units in January 2015.
“Our concerted efforts to promote the Gixxer and Let’s have met with positive customer sentiment. Customer satisfaction and word of mouth publicity are key factors that work to our advantage,” said Atul Gupta, Executive Vice President, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd.
According to company officials, the Suzuki Gixxer has been very positively received in the market and is now selling around 10,000 units every month.
