Tata Motors is all set to kick off the festive season with the launch of optional Pro Edition accessory package for its entire lineup, which includes the Harrier, Hexa, Nexon, Tigor and Tiago. These additional bits come at a price range between Rs 29,999 to Rs 1,09,999 depending on the model and can be retro-fitted to older cars as well. Here’s a look at the additional bling offered in each model and the extra costs required to fit them.
Tata Harrier
Tata’s flagship model gets additional kit that includes an automatic sunroof, sunshades, front parking sensors, wireless mobile holder, app-based tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and ambient mood lighting. Other additions include cosmetic additions like the bonnet mascot (Harrier branding) and chrome inserts on the grille and exhaust tips. All of this kit comes at a cost of Rs 1,09,999.
Tata Hexa
The Hexa Pro Edition package gets premium additions like an automatic sunroof, front parking sensors, wireless mobile holder, app-based TPMS and ambient mood lighting. These features can be yours for a sum of Rs 99,999.
Tata Nexon
Adding the Pro-Edition package to the Nexon gets you a pop-up sunroof, magnetic sunshades, ambient mood lighting, app-based TPMS, front parking sensors and a vehicle tracking system. Priced at Rs 37,999, we think the Pro Edition pack enhances the Nexon’s appeal even further.
Tata Tigor
The Tigor Pro Edition pack comes with a pop-up sunroof, ambient mood lighting, magnetic sunshades, an armrest and a vehicle tracking system. It costs the same as the Tiago’s kit at Rs 29,999.
Tata Tiago
With the Pro Edition package, the Tiago gets additional features like a pop-up sunroof, ambient mood lighting, magnetic sunshades, rear-view camera with display on the IRVM, and an armrest. All this kit comes at a price tag of Rs 29,999. The additional kit also makes the Tiago the most affordable car in the country with a company fitted sunroof.
Tata’s new accessory package not only gives its entire lineup additional bling, but they also seem to be more affordable than what one would have to shell out if they were to opt for these features separately. With the festive season around the corner and the automotive industry facing its worst slowdown in decades, these additional kits should help boost Tata’s sales figures in the coming months.
