Toyota has launched a 2014 Limited Edition Innova with prices starting from Rs 12.9 lakh for the BS3 variant and Rs 13.01 lakh for the BS4 variant, ex-showroom, Delhi. The Innova LE will be offered on the Gx variant and is limited to a maximum of 1500 units. This car will only be available on sale from September to November. Toyota is offering the Innova LE in two colours – a new Bronze Mica Metallic colour and the Silver Mica Metallic shade.
Offered in either 7 or 8 seater versions, the Innova LE gets a few extra features over the Gx variant. On the outside, there’s chrome lined headlamps and rear combination lamps, body graphics and limited edition badges. The interior gets a touchscreen display with audio, DVD, CD, USB, Aux-in and Bluetooth connectivity, dual tone fabric seats and colour coordinated door trims.
Toyota will offer the Innova LE only in select cities, which most likely are the major cities in India, while other cities will get the LE accessories package. Bookings and deliveries begin today.
With the launch of the Mobilio and its successful first few months, the Innova faces a potent threat. Not wanting to lose out on the festive season, this limited edition variant should draw more footfalls into Toyota showrooms.
