Yamaha XSR 155 To Launch In India Soon

Manufacturers have been hiking prices of their BS6 models these past few months and the latest one to do so is Yamaha. The Japanese bikemaker has yet again hiked prices of its entire BS6 scooter and motorcycle range with the exception of the FZ 25 and FZS 25 which was launched recently. While the previous price hike in May ranged from Rs 500 to Rs 1,000, the latest price hike ranges from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,100 depending on the model. Here are the updated prices.
Scooters:
The Fascino 125 gets a price hike of Rs 1,500 across variants while the Ray ZR 125 now costs Rs 2,000 more than before. Even the Ray ZR 125 Street Rally variant has become dearer by Rs 2,000. Despite the price hike, there are no cosmetic or mechanical updates to the BS6 scooters.

Motorcycles:
Among motorcycles, the Yamaha MT-15 sees the lowest price hike of Rs 1,000 while the R15 sees the highest price hike. Like the scooters, the FZ-FI, MT-15 and R15 variants remain cosmetically and mechanically unchanged.
